Long story short, we were using our bank to buy our home. Two weeks before closing, we started getting nervous because our loan officer wasn't returning our calls or emails. Turns out they had a problem documenting our deposit. We went online, talked to someone at Truly and he knew exactly the issue. All we needed was a letter explaining a large deposit. He said we could just tell our bank how to handle or obviously he was happy to do the loan. We switched to Truly, got a bigger closing credit and closed on time.
